I would like to submit photos of my Scottish Folds for the next calendar. How do I do that? ________________________________________ 1. Why are you taking Pre-Orders? Doing this
serves two purposes. First, it brings in funds to help pay for the initial
printing. Two, unless we near sellout before the end of October, we
will not be ordering reprints. We have gambled on reprints the past
few years and had "left overs", which negatively impacts our
fund raising efforts to generate money for rescuing Scottish Folds. 2. How much do the calendars cost? The cost
this year is $20 (USD). Printing costs have gone up steadily; however,
we have a new printer that is willing to work with us! We are also able
to ship up to three (3) calendars in one envelope for the single copy
shipping price. We wanted to pass these savings on to our loyal supporters,
especially in these difficult economic times! 3. How much are the shipping and handling rates? For orders shipped within the continental United States:

For other areas/locations, please contact Peggi. 4. What are the payment methods? We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal payments. They must be in US funds. 5. Can I send you a check from a non-United States bank? If not, how do I pay you? Unfortunately, our bank will not accept check from a non-US bank. Your options are a money order in US funds or PayPal. Grace will
be issuing receipts for checks and money orders that clear our bank.
DeLynne will be sending receipts for PayPal payments once the transaction
clears. 7. Where do I mail my check or money order? I don't want to use PayPal.
8. How should the check or money order be made out? Who do I make it payable to? They should be made payable to Scottish Fold Rescue, Inc. 9. How do I make a PayPal payment? You must have your own PayPal account to utilize their service. Log onto
your account. Select Send Money and pay to 10. If I pay via PayPal, why should I complete an order form? You will see on my PayPal payment that I'm making a calendar purchase. We glean
the info from the form and input the data into our calendar order database
to track orders. It also provides us a means to verify orders against
payments and ensure the payment is the proper amount. The forms can
be found at 11. Does PayPal deduct any fees from my payment? Yes, fees
are deducted, so we do not get the full amount. For example, a payment
of $25.25 means SFR would actually receive $24.22 - there is a $1.03
PayPal fee. However, we did not raise the price of the calendar to cover
fees. We realize quite a few people frequently use PayPal and want to
make the ordering process as easy as we can. 12. If the calendar is to be sent to me, why should I fill out the form in both the purchaser and ship to sections? You do not have to fill out both the purchaser and ship to info. Just complete the purchaser section and check the box provided if shipping information is the same as the purchaser's. 13. I received a copy of my online order submission and see an error in what I provided. Who do I contact? Please contact DeLynne ASAP. 14. If a person makes a donation to Scottish Fold Rescue, Inc., will they receive a free calendar? If you make a donation of $100 or more, you will receive a free calendar. 15. When will the orders be shipped? Our goal
is to start mailing out calendars Thanksgiving week. Peggi has once
again kindly offered to be our one person shipping/distribution center.
She has a full time job but will be off Thanksgiving week and devote
full time to shipping orders! After that period, orders will be shipped
within five (5) business days of the payment clearing our account. Yes. When an order comes in, the information is entered into our calendar order database. That database also tracks payments and when an order ships. Shipments are made via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. 17. I went to pay via PayPal but my order form vanished after making the payment. Where did the form go? Please complete
the order form and submit it before going to PayPal. PayPal will not
automatically redirect you back to our website. 18. What if I have a problem with the online order form? Who do I contact? Please contact DeLynne. 19. Why am I getting a copy of my online order submission? This is provided as a courtesy. It also allows you to review your submission for accuracy. 20. I mailed my payment in a month ago. I still don't have my calendar. Who do I contact? Please contact Grace. 21. I made a PayPal payment a month ago and still don't have my calendar. Who do I contact? Please contact DeLynne. 22. I would like to submit photos of my Scottish Folds for the next calendar. How do I do that? We will put an announcement out on the lists with regard to photos for next year's calendar.
